Pat's Story
Coach Pat is a young, passionate and driven basketball coach whose journey began at New Jersey Don Bosco Prep. He was part of the Powerhouse Program’s 2018 State Championship team.
He went on to play Division III basketball at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, where he tallied up over 1,400 points, 300 assists, 300 rebounds, and 100 steals. From this he earned All-Conference 3 times and Pratt's Student Athlete of the Year 2 times.
After graduating, Pat immediately stepped into coaching as Head Assistant Coach at Pratt. His experience as a player, college coach, and player development specialist gives him a unique perspective and the ability to connect with athletes at every level — from pros and Division I players to high school and youth athletes.
Pat’s coaching philosophy is built around pushing players to their limit — both athletically and skilfully — with no room for complacency and a focus on growth.

The OG Core
0.001% of basketball players will play professionally but 100% of players will have to bare the challenges that the world holds. This is why we encourage a resilient mindset and attitude through basketball to motivate growth not only as hoopers, but also as people.
Training at the absolute limit of the player's skill to ensure accelerated improvement. We support failure because before one can succeed, they must learn to fail. This is where we motivate players to embrace messing up so they can learn from it.
